A full-body red and near-infrared light panel built for at-home recovery sessions. Ten minutes a day, no heat, no consumables, nothing to swallow.
The Lumen Pro is a photobiomodulation panel — the category of device that delivers concentrated red and near-infrared light to the skin at specific wavelengths. It is roughly the size of a laptop, weighs 6.4 lbs, and hangs on a door or stands on a desk.
It has no heating element, no chemicals and nothing that wears out. The LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours, which works out to more than thirty years at one 15-minute session per day.
Red light at 660nm is absorbed mostly at the surface, in the skin. Near-infrared at 850nm passes further, reaching muscle and joint tissue. The Lumen Pro runs both at once, which is why the panel looks pink-white rather than pure red when it is on.
It is designed as a complement to a normal recovery routine — used after training, at the end of a day on your feet, or in the evening as part of a wind-down.
Cells produce energy in the mitochondria, through an enzyme called cytochrome c oxidase. That enzyme happens to absorb light strongly in the red and near-infrared range — roughly 600 to 900 nanometres.
The working theory in the published literature is that this absorption briefly increases mitochondrial output, which is why the field is called photobiomodulation. Research is active and ongoing; results across studies vary by wavelength, dose and body site.

660nm and 850nm LEDs alternate across the array, so a single session covers both surface and deeper tissue. No mode switching.
Cheap panels pulse at mains frequency, which some people find gives them a headache. The Lumen Pro runs a constant-current driver with no visible flicker.
Press once for 10 minutes, twice for 15, three times for 20. The panel shuts itself off — you do not have to watch a clock.
Over-door hanger, adjustable floor stand and wall bracket all ship in the box. Nothing extra to buy to get it set up.
EMF measures below 1 mG at four inches. The aluminium back plate stays cool enough to touch through a full 20-minute session.
Red light is bright. A pair of shielded goggles ships with every panel, and we recommend using them for any face-level session.
Every figure below is measured on the shipping unit, not a prototype. If a spec matters to your decision and it isn't listed, email us and we'll measure it.

Most people run one session a day, four or five days a week. More is not better: the research on photobiomodulation describes a dose-response curve where overexposure gives you less, not more.
If the Lumen Pro isn't for you, email us within 90 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid return label. Once the panel arrives back with us, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
The panel needs to come back in its original box with the mounts and goggles. Beyond that, we don't ask questions and there's no restocking fee.

Honestly, it varies a lot and some people notice nothing. In the published studies, skin-related outcomes are typically measured over 8 to 12 weeks of consistent use, and recovery-related outcomes over shorter windows. If you're expecting something in the first week, this is probably not the right purchase.
Red and near-infrared light in this range is non-ionising and produces no heat at these intensities. That said: do not look directly into the LEDs, and use the goggles for face-level sessions. If you are pregnant, taking a photosensitising medication, have a history of skin cancer, or have an implanted device, talk to your doctor before using it. This is a wellness device, not a medical treatment.
No. Fabric blocks essentially all of it. The light has to reach bare skin.
Six to twelve inches. Closer delivers a stronger dose in less time; further covers more of your body at once. At 6 inches a 10-minute session and at 12 inches a 20-minute session deliver a broadly similar total dose.
You can, though four to five days a week is what most people settle into. Longer or more frequent sessions do not improve results and may do the opposite.
Three years on parts and labour. Panels ship from our US warehouse; domestic orders arrive in 3–6 business days with free shipping. International shipping is quoted at checkout.
